Ingredients

bagels, split

slices Canadian bacon

large tomato, cut into 4 slices

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
4
slices provolone cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Top each bagel half with Canadian bacon and tomato slice; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top each with cheese slice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil or oregano.
