Tomato Provolone Bagel Melts

Dinner ready in 10 minutes! Served these broiled sandwiches filled with tomato, bacon and provolone cheese. Perfect if you love Italian cuisine.

slices Canadian bacon

large tomato, cut into 4 slices

teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

slices provolone cheese
  • 1 Top each bagel half with Canadian bacon and tomato slice; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top each with cheese slice. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil or oregano.
