this recipe was very well received by a jewelry party i had. Also the left over filling is great to snack on or put on a salad.

Delicious! I used the Grands flaky layers & they were so soft & delicate. I also tried using cream cheese instead of mozz- just as great. Easy, simple appetizer.

As someone who defers to her husband for all cooking, this was an easy recipe to build my confidence. The appetizers didn't cook quite as well on the bottoms as the tops(they were golden on the tops but not the bases unlike the picture above), but they were tasty!

These received rave reviews at my wine and book group! They were quick and easy and stayed delicious even after I had to reheat them! Very easy to make and taste a lot more gourmet tha
