Tomato-Herb Rolls

Herbs provide an aromatic flavor to tasty tomato rolls made with Pillsbury® Refrigerated Breadsticks – ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, finely chopped

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1
garlic clove, minced

(11-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Breadsticks
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese, basil and garlic; mix well.
  • 2 Unroll dough; do not separate into strips. Spread dough evenly with tomato mixture. Reroll dough. Cut into 8 slices along perforations. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each to form 3-inch round. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
