Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
1/3 cup crushed round buttery crackers
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise

plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly shredded

slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
Additional shredded fresh basil leaves, if desired
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch square tart pan with removable bottom as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie; trim edges. Prick crust with fork. Bake 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle half of the cracker crumbs over partially baked crust.
  2. In small bowl, mix cheese and mayonnaise. Spoon and carefully spread half of the cheese mixture over crumbs. Arrange tomato slices over top; sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup basil and the bacon. Spoon and spread remaining cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs.
  3. Bake 24 to 25 minutes or until browned. Garnish with additional basil. Serve warm.
