Every now and then we like to have breakfast for supper. This recipe is a creative way to do just that! I can also use my kitchen garden and save money on the basil and tomato. I'm not a fan of alfredo, so I top the tomatoes with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes is you like a little heat.

I found this recipe very simple and easy to make. I love the flavors of pesto sauce, alfredo sauce and tomato combined together with the egg. My husband is seldom impressed with my new recipe "tryouts", but he told me to make sure I keep this recipe for future use.

I was surprised how bland this recipe was -- I was expecting more flavor.

As you can see from the reviews of the people who actually tried the recipe, instead of rating it by what it "sounded" like, everyone has liked it. My house is no exception. It sounded different and unique and everyone said it was worth repeating. Even my 2-year-old gobbled it up!

Interesting combination of flavors for a filling breakfast treat. Nice for a breakfast buffet. Could be done on an english muffin or without the bread for a lighter dish. Nice presentation.

I really thought the title and ingredients were quite different and interesting. I was hoping this recipe took the $1 mil prize. It certainly reflects imagination and culinary skill..well done!!!

Amazing! A brilliant use of eggs - light yet filling. I will make this again and again!
