My family LOVED it to include the kids. It made me a star! They actually beg me to make it more often. I did sub. fat free half and half and low fat cheese. I would like to use egg beaters eggs next time to further reduce fat and cholesterol.

This quiche was a big hit! It did take a little longer to cook, but it was so easy and looked gorgeous with little effort on my part! I used the precooked crumbled Oscar Mayer bacon - delicious! My family eats it often!

This recipe was WONDERFUL!! I made it for a Back to School Mom's Breakfast and it was a hit. It was gone in no time and everyone wanted the recipe. It did take a little about 10 min. more to cook than the recipe stated. I will definitely make again SOON! Thank you!

I really liked this recipe, and so did my family. The only thing is it took longer to cook than the instructions said. It said 30 minutes I believe, and I had to cook mine about an hour...but it was worth the wait. It turned into a brunch instead of breakfast.

This is very yummy and easy to make. I used the Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust in place of the frozen one.
