Turned out beautifully! It was absolutely delicious. My husband does not like tomatoes much at all but he really loved this Quiche because the tomatoes were strong but not too powerful. Great recipe!
Also could not find the crust it recommended so I just used the box of refrigerated pie crusts. It comes with two so now I can make it twice!

Refrain from using frozen ingredients! It definitely will be soggy!

Excellent quiche recipe! Very flavorful - loved it! I used the Pillsbury Ready Crust (unroll and bake) in my own pie plate which worked great. Baking time needs to be extended- still a little wet after 35 minutes. Whisking the salt and pepper into your egg mixture gives better distribution of the seasoning (versus sprinkling it into the pie plate). Increased salt to 1/2 tsp. Added some additional thin tomato slices on top just before baking, for a pretty presentation.

Baking time needs to be extended. Was not even close to being done after 25 minutes and still a little wet/soupy after 35 minutes. Having made other quiches in the past, I find that if you whisk the salt and pepper into your egg mixture, you get better distribution of the seasoning (versus sprinkling it into the pie plate). Increased salt to 1/2 tsp.

This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes for quiche I have found. Served with a lovely mixed-green salad; you have a beautiful luncheon dish. I made it for dinner. I will be making this Christmas Eve brunch with our traditional ham. Since I always have "real" bacon bits in my cupboard, I use those, and it comes out great! Venice

Made this for dinner tonight with a winter salad. It was wonderful! I used Monterey Jack and Cheddar, because that's what I had on hand; it was super tasty. Do cook it for 40 to 45 minutes, though. Can't wait to have the leftover slices for breakfast!!

Really Flavorful
I added a 1/4 of freshly chopped basil and swapped out the cheddar cheese for freshly shredded Parmesan. It was so good. A definite repeat.

This recipe is so easy and fool proof! I made it several times last summer since I had grew tomatoes and green onions in my garden. I have added mushrooms and artichoke hearts as well and it is really good!
