Tomato and Feta Salad

large tomatoes, cut into 12 slices

thin slices cucumber

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese

tablespoons sliced pitted kalamata or ripe olives

cup purchased Greek vinaigrette salad dressing

tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or parsley
  • 1 Arrange tomato slices on serving platter, sides touching or slightly overlapping. Top each slice with cucumber slice.
  • 2 Sprinkle cheese and olives over tomatoes and cucumber. Drizzle with salad dressing. Sprinkle with oregano.
