Great starter recipe. Now: Change the cheese to 1 Cup 2%, add a can of drained, chopped black olives, 1 ea. red & green bell peppers, seeded and diced, some fresh rosemary. Before serving cover top with 1/2 Cup Provalone, fresh ground pepper, throw the pan (make sure it's oven-safe) under the broiler until cheese starts to brown and bubble. Serve. This will make about 5 or more 1 Cup servings.
