Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. For each turkey, roll 1 tablespoon dough into ball. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 3 inches apart; flatten slightly. Roll 3 teaspoons dough into 3 oblong balls and place 1/4 inch apart for feathers. Using 1 teaspoon dough, shape 2/3 for head and 1/3 for feet.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Frost and decorate as desired with remaining ingredients.
