My Italian relatives call a biscotti a biscotti....

This is my first try at "Cantuccini" or biscotti. I felt a bit guilty taking this shortcut using the cookie dough but it was a hit with my family. The "biscotti" went very well with coffee and this was sweeter then any other biscotti I had ever had. I would even make it again for a special occasion.
