These were absolutely delicious. I can imagine them with other cheeses inside if you don't care for swiss, such as monterey jack or mozzarella. Everyone wanted the recipe and my mother asked me to pre-make some for a party she was having recently. I put them together in the pan and she refrigerated until she was ready to bake them. They are perfect every time!
