Three-Cheese Tortilla Calzones

cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

cup chunky pizza sauce

flour tortillas (10 inch)

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  2. 2 Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
