Expert Tips

If you're trying to tempt tiny taste buds, steer clear of French Roquefort, and choose a milder blue cheese such as Danablu, Gorgonzola, Stilton or Maytag Blue.

Loved these pinwheels! The cheese combination is perfect. My daughter does not care for blue cheese but loved these.

These pinwheels are so delicious. My husband couldn't stop raving about them. They are a new family favorite. Plus they are so simple to make.

I had my bridge club at my house last week. We had three tables. I made the Three-Cheese Pinwheels for lunch. They came out beautiful and were so delicious. Everyone just loved them. They were so easy to make ahead of time and were perfect for a luncheon. They were a big hit with everyone so I gave out the recipe to all. Thanks so much for the recipes you send me-I like to try new recipes and be different with my luncheons- -Gloria
