Three-Cheese Crescent Pinwheels

All your favorites – Pillsbury® crescent dinner rolls, three types of cheese and mayonnaise – come together in these parsley-sprinkled biscuits. Even better – they're ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled blue cheese
1
oz. (1/4 cup) shredded hot pepper Monterey Jack cheese

tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1
tablespoon mayonnaise
1
(8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
2
teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, mix all cheeses and mayonnaise until well blended and soft.
  • 2 Separate dough into 2 long rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spread cheese mixture evenly over rectangles. Starting at short sides, roll up each; pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Place, cut side down, on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool 3 minutes before serving.
