Three-Bean Turkey Burger Bake

Ingredients

lb. ground turkey

cup chopped onions

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans in a pouch

(16-oz.) can baked beans, undrained

(15 1/2 or 15-oz.) can kidney beans, drained

cup firmly packed brown sugar

teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon prepared mustard

teaspoon pepper
1/2
cup ketchup

tablespoons molasses

tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, brown ground turkey and onions. Drain.
  • 2 Add lima beans; cook and stir until beans are thoroughly heated. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
