Try this baked turkey and three-bean dinner that is ready in just an hour!

Ingredients

lb. ground turkey

cup chopped onions

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans in a pouch
1
(16-oz.) can baked beans, undrained
1
(15 1/2 or 15-oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/4
cup firmly packed brown sugar

teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8
teaspoon pepper
1/2
cup ketchup
2
tablespoons molasses
1
tablespoon vinegar

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, brown ground turkey and onions. Drain.
  • 2 Add lima beans; cook and stir until beans are thoroughly heated. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Expert Tips

Prepare recipe as directed in 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish; do not bake. Cover with foil; freeze. When ready to use, do not thaw; bake, covered, at 350°F. for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover; bake an additional 35 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
