We LOVE this recipe! I make it right in the oven instead of a slow cooker, takes about 30 minutes. The only thing I don't add is the milk.

Made this today for Easter lunch/dinner. I ended up not having time for it to cook in the crock pot, so I poured it all into a sauce pot and heated it on the stove. It was so good that it almost didn't make it long enough to get on the table! My sister-in-law (and I) nibbled on it and nearly ate it all! Can't wait to make it again! A little too runny, but may add more corn next time. Fabulous!!!

EASY recipe...VERY rich but that works for my kids. This is one of the few sides they really like.

I made this for potluck and it was a big hit. Everyone wanted to know who brought the corn! I did use heavy cream instead of milk which made it very rich but oh so good!
