We regularly have a salad buffet and when I saw this fun recipe I had to try it. A few things we did in addition to the recipe printed was add eggs or maggots to the menu, instead of green pepers we had cucumbers as goblin fingers, cut up steak was zombie flesh, sliced up tomatoes were gore, and I poured blue cheese and ranch dressing into bowls then added red food coloring to one as vampire blood and green to the other and it became witch blood. The kids loved it!
