Dying to make these! I think I'll add some chopped water chestnuts & some chopped mushrooms during the cooking process. These sound spectacular and also easier that some others I've seen.

We made this as part of our annual Christmas Eve "Snack dinner". It was a BIG hit with everyone. I've had to send the recipe to several people already.
