This is one of our favorite Thai dishes and is bursting with many different contrasting Thai flavors. Our kids love this too. We make with red, yellow, or orange peppers instead of green but otherwise keep the recipe as is. A definite winner in our house!

This was good but would have been awesome if I didn't make any changes. Instead of using fresh gingerroot, garlic, serrano chilies, cilantro and basil, I used a thai paste which was a big mistake. It was too bland. I will make this again however I will use all fresh ingredients.
