Just want to add that I make MaryMassey's (^) Thai Peanut Sauce every time and it's perfect! :)

I made this and the family really enjoyed it. A nice change of pace. I did make some modifications. I used a smoky barbecue sauce as the pizza sauce. I added some thinly sliced mushrooms and I topped it with cashews instead of peanuts. Makes me hungry thinking about it.

How to make some awesome Thai Peanut Sauce at home! 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter (optional) 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (I add a lot more because I love it spicier) Stir together the honey, peanut butters, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

I would totally agree with klange82- just as good as CPK's Thai Chicken za- but in the comfort of your own home and probably less calories added (or, maybe not!)

This was so simple and it tasted great. It was just as good as CPK's Thai Chicken Pizza. I will be making this again.

This is a keeper! My husband loved it! The recipe was perfect as listed. I would only make a small suggestion of adding a few fresh bean sprouts.
