can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

tablespoons Thai peanut sauce (from 11.5-oz bottle)
2
cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken breast (from 2-lb chicken)
1
small red onion, sliced, separated into rings (about 1 cup)
1
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)

tablespoon water

cup sliced English (seedless) cucumber
1
cup red bell pepper strips
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 17x12-inch half-sheet pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and 6 tablespoons of the peanut sauce until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over partially baked crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with chicken, onion and cheese.
  • 3 Bake about 12 minutes longer or until chicken is hot and cheese is melted.
  • 4 In small bowl, mix water and remaining 3 tablespoons peanut sauce. Top pizza with cucumber, bell pepper and cilantro. Drizzle with peanut sauce mixture. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
