This is a great and easy weeknight meal! My husband just loves it, and is always begging for Thai burrito night. I use the creamy peanut butter, and it comes out really great. This is also great for left overs, my husband is always making his co-workers jealous when he take this for his lunch!

This was a good weeknight meal and the leftover filling reheats well to add to warm tortillas later. I did find it a bit sweet to my taste - I might try this again with a little less peanut butter (but keep the crunchy PB for sure, it adds a great texture).

Fab! We really enjoyed this recipe and recommend this to anyone looking for a spicy, yet sweet, burrito. I used peanut oil to cook the chicken and brown basmati, which worked just as well.

Very good! I used whole wheat flour tortillas and cream peanut butter (was out of crunchy). I can imagine how good the crunch pb would be. I made this with an asian broccoli slaw... a nice & simple fusion meal. Thanks for sharing!

This is a fantastic tasting and easy to prepare recipe. It really did remind me of Pad Thai when I was fortunate enough to taste it at the BakeOff! The crunch from the peanut butter is surprising, but really good and gives the dish great texture along with the other creative ingredients. This dish is slightly sweet and mildy spicy. I think children and adults alike will enjoy this dish. It's a great meal for a busy weeknight. Delicious!

This recipe is awesome. I am a huge fan of Thai but was still a little weary when reading the ingredient list for this recipe. I followed it exactly and it turned out great. My huaband loved it too and we actually fought over who got to take the left-overs for lunch the following day. Try it you will not be disappointed.

This recipe is a WINNER! %0d%0a%0d%0aI make it a point to avoid, yes, I said avoid, Mexican cuisine, but this recipe had great flavor and overcame my typical disregard for Mexican style food. %0d%0a%0d%0aI loved it! You will too. Plus, it's really easy to make.
