Ingredients

Salad

cups shredded green cabbage

cup shredded red cabbage

cup chopped red onion

jalapeño chiles, seeded, finely chopped*

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

can (11 oz) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn, red and green peppers, drained

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Fresh cilantro sprigs

Dressing

3/4
cup purchased ranch salad dressing
1
tablespoon fresh lime juice
1
teaspoon cumin

  • 1 In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except cilantro sprigs; mix well.
  • 2 In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with cilantro.

When over very well. Used it for a dinner party with the taco pie and all loved both. Will be making both items again and again..Had to give out receipes for both.

Great flavors and everyone who tries it loves it. I do not add the cheese to mine and it's still a keeper.

Great recipe. I have used it at many gatherings. Everyone loves it. Just a bit of bite to it. Even the people who do not like spicy love it.
