This was so easy to do and so delicious! I've made it several times for parties and it's the first thing to go.

I needed an appetizer to take for a luncheon at work. I chose this recipe because I had all the ingredients and it looked pretty straight forward. Instead of the diced roasted roasted green chili's I used roasted chopped jalalenos which added a punch of flavor. To lighten the dish a little I used light olive oil mayonaise and 2% cheddar and jack cheese. The appetizer was a huge success. Will definitely make again.

So it is like a pimento cheese quiche essentially and pretty tasty! It is a new spina on a quiche that is great for lil parties. If you double the recipe, there is enough for 3 pies (or crusts. You can add jalpeno to cheese mixture before spreading and is delicious. Takes about 2 seconds to make

Best to make TWO of these, as they go FAST once served. Trust me on this one, when I'm asked to bring a appetizer to Ann's cocktail parties, I 'had better have two', just in case. These are BRILLIANT!!! And you can also take this in ANY direction flavor wise, sometimes I use the Italian Cheese Blend if I don't have the cheddar/jack......If you like spicy, you can also grate Pepper Jack cheese which works wonderfully. Enjoy!!!

This has become a "must bring" when asked to a cocktail party.....I bring one version vegetarian, and the other with either bacon, ham or Proscuitto on it.....And they're the first appetizer to disappear.....Easy, Quick and Delish!!!!

Easy, tasteful recipe that takes seconds to make. Make two as cutting the wedge in 16 slices is a teaser.

Easy, yummy! I used the 4 Mexican Cheeses instead of the Colby. Also added 2 TBSP diced, seeded jalapenos that I put in the micro for 1 min. on HI. Instead of the 1/4 c fresh cilantro, I sprinkled some dried on the top as soon as the tart came out of the oven. This was gone in no time!
