I'm always looking for a water themed dessert for my annual pool party. I love the inclusion of goldfish in this concept, I think I'll just spread a bunch of goldfish on a platter and place these cupcakes with the other decors on top. That way the "sea" of goldfish is a salty snack for the inevitable guests I always get that just are "not into sweets".
