tablespoons butter

green onions, sliced

teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.
  • 2 Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tarragon.
  • 3 Pour onion-butter mixture over cooked peas; stir to coat.
