Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (12 oz) frozen sweet peas
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves

Steps

    Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.
  • 2
    Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tarragon.

    Pour onion-butter mixture over cooked peas; stir to coat.
