This is so simple and delicious! I made this on sunday for a football party and it was gone in seconds! Everyone loved it...definitely a keeper.

Quick and easy to prepare and I already had all the ingredients. Great for an appetizer or for friends dropping in unexpectedly. Delicious and pleasing to the eye. Love the combination of color and textures as well as flavors. A real winner!!!!
