bag (30 oz) frozen crisp shredded potato rounds
Cooking spray

tablespoons Old El Paso™ 40% Less-Sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1.25-oz package)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. In 15x10x1-inch pan with sides, place potatoes. Spray potatoes with cooking spray; toss and spray again. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix; toss to coat.
  2. 2 Bake 18 to 20 minutes until crisp and thoroughly heated.
