Add either sour cream or plain Greek yogurt to top it off. Sliced scallions too. Yum! Yum!

My fiance is a huge taco fan, I'm a big pizza fan. We definetly found a good compromise with this one!

I've been making this for years! I pre-bake the crust and use refried beans mixed with salsa (to taste) as the 'pizza sauce. I only use 1/2 pound of taco meat...it's a good way to cut back on your red meat consumption & no one even misses it on this. Copied (as best I could) from Pizza Hut's version. One of our favorites.

My family loved this pizza. I mixed a small can of green chilies with a small can of refried beans and spread that on the crust first. I baked the crust a little before I added the beans. I used an air bake cookie sheet with the regular pizza crust (not thin). Then I added meat and cheese. Baked and topped if off with lettuce, onion and tomato. My family added salsa and sour cream to their liking. My son said it was better than any "delivery" taco pizza he has had! I will be making this again.

The taco pizza is so easy and fun to make. Im a student in middle school and I cooked this for my home ec. class. It was a big hit and everybody loves it, I also cooked it at home. A BIG HIT!
