Taco Pie

Instead of making Taco Salad one evening, I opted to try this. There were 2 slices left for my husband's lunch the next day

This sounds good---you could also add olives, mushrooms, salsa...and I am thinking of maybe trying a cornbread mix underneath....my family LOVES tacos, but I get tired of the preparation. This sounds MUCH easier. Thanks for the idea!

This was very easy and very good. There's alot you could with this recipe, next time we will add a few differnt things. I served it with a side of refried beans with spanish rice on top with salsa and a dollop of sour cream. Good idea!
