1/2
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
2
tablespoons (half of 1-oz package) Old El Paso™ 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1/3
cup water
1
can Pillsbury™ refrigerated crusty French loaf
1/2
cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (2 oz)
1
tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
1/2
teaspoon olive oil
1
cup Old El Paso™ taco sauce, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with sides with silicone baking mat or cooking parchment paper.
  2. 2 In 8-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook until mixture thickens. Set aside.
  3. 3 Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Using rolling pin, roll dough into rectangle. Transfer dough to cookie sheet.
  4. 4 Spoon beef mixture onto half of dough. Top with cheese and cilantro. Fold dough over; gently press edges to seal. Brush top with oil.
