I personally like using tortillas instead of noodles in between the layers. Just an idea to consider!

It tastes pretty good, but I don't know why they say that the noodles have to be uncooked. I did it the way they say and the noodles didn't cook; they came up very hard because they were not cooked. Next time I do it I will cook the noodles first.
