I have made this several times, now. I now make it by browning lean ground beef instead of using flank steak cooked in oil. I vary how spicy I make it, depending on who is eating it, by mixing the spicy szechuan sauce with soy sauce. There are a lot of easy ways to vary this recipe for personal preferences. My family and I love it.

I thought this recipe was great! The only thing I changed was I put regular stir fry sauce. The szechuan was way too spicy. My family loved this meal. We couldn''t get enough.

I thought this recipe was great! The only thing I changed was I put only half of the szechuan sauce and for the other half I added regular stir fry sauce. The szechuan was way too spicy for me to be the only sauce. The way I tried it, it was still a little spicy, but not too much- which is perfect for me.
