In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring once halfway through cooking. Cover to keep warm.
In small bowl, combine brown sugar and 1 tablespoon lime juice; mix well. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange swordfish steaks on sprayed pan; brush with brown sugar mixture.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with brown sugar mixture. Serve salsa with fish.
