Swiss Spinach and Egg au Gratin

Green Giant® spinach topped with eggs and cheese sprinkled with paprika gives a delicious casserole dinner for two.

Ingredients

(10-oz.) pkg. Green Giant™ Frozen Creamed Spinach
1
to 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2
oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Swiss cheese
2
tablespoons Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
1
tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
Paprika
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 2-cup casserole or small loaf dish. Cook spinach as directed on package. Spoon spinach into greased casserole; top with eggs and cheese.
  • 2 In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and margarine; mix well. Sprinkle over spinach mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and topping is light golden brown.
