Sweet Potato Casserole Crescents

All the flavors of sweet potato casserole--marshmallows, sweet potatoes and pecans--are rolled up into these tasty, easy crescents!

Ingredients

cup mashed canned sweet potatoes
1/4
cup packed brown sugar
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon

cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

cup chopped pecans

miniature marshmallows
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix sweet potatoes, brown sugar and cinnamon. Separate dough into 16 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon sweet potato mixture on each triangle. Top each with about 1 teaspoon chopped pecans and 4 miniature marshmallows. Roll up crescents; place on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
