Layers of fresh summer fruits are soaked a sweet-lime dressing to become a refreshing side dish for a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Steps

    In medium bowl, toss watermelon and blueberries. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.

    Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
