Sweet Corn with Sage

medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)

bags (12 oz each) Green Giant™ Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn

cup half-and-half

tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves

teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion and corn in butter 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
  2. 2 Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors are blended.
