I made these Sweet Cheese Delights today - I cut the recipe in half (with one egg yolk - couldn't half that!) because I was afraid I'd eat the entire thing, so half was a concession to save myself. When they had been out of the oven and starting to cool, my daughter and granddaughter stopped by, tried them and raved about how good they were - my husband even liked them, which tells me I'll be making them again . . . and again!! Oh, by the way I loved them, too - but I knew I would just form the pic and ingredients! I can see from other comments you can tailor it with different options, but

I made this for the girls at work. Delicious and so easy to make. I made two batches, took the first batch out of the oven too soon. was a little runny, but figured out after second batch to cook longer and let set for a while (like the directions called for) but we just couldn't wait to try it. 5 stars. Can't wait to make it for Christmas this year.

I usually make this recipe without the pecan center and my family loves it. Today I made it for a church function, with the pecan center, and I was overwhelmed at the response to it...everyone loved it! I had someone tell me they wanted to "lick the pan" it was that good. I actually did not get a chance to taste it myself but I am going to make it again next week with the pecan filling for my family! I give this receipe 5 stars because if it can wow 30 people in a church group then it has to be good!

I used only 1 lowfat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. I then added 2 egg yolks. Also used low fat crescents and no-salt almond instead of Pecan. I brushed with egg white and baked the bottom crescent for 5 mins before spreading the cream cheese. It was a big hit in all the parties I bring it to! My husband absolutely loved it.

I made this for our coffee hour after church, and had many people tell me how much they enjoyed it. The only difference is that I used almonds instead of pecans. So easy, and so good!

Marvelous! I brushed the white from the egg onto the bottom crust to prevent sogginess, then pre-baked, as other reviewers suggested. This was so very good...thank you for sharing it.

This recipe was fantastic! My fiancee is not a fan of nuts, so I left them out. I also had on hand a new kind of butter that is infused with cinnamon & sugar, so I used that in this recipe. Turned out great. I asked my fiancee if he wanted to bring some to work, and he said NO! He wanted to save them all for us. Will absolutely make this recipe again, maybe even next week!
