This sounds yummy except I'm not sure I personally would like the sweetness. So I might make it but leave out the marmalade but seeing all the great reviews I could be wrong. Maybe I'll make some with and without marmalade. Good luck in the contest!!

I used precooked peeled steamed shrimp to save time. Worked great!

These little morsels are YUMMY!! I made them for a holiday gathering and they were a big hit.....just enough savory, sweetness and a bit of "zippiness". I will be making them again for an Easter brunch.

I made this for my monthly book club and what a crowd pleaser! It has the right mix of sweet and spicey and looks appetizing when presented. Needless to say, they were all gone at the end of the night. This one deserves a permanent place in my recipe box!

These were so yummy and they look tasty and fancy too. Just the right amount of heat and spice. Definitely was a hit and will make it again.

Delicious, although pricey (over $10) to make here in landlocked Midwest. I will probably try using less-costly salad shrimp next time, placing a few in each cup, and also increase the filling quantity a bit since I had to rework my too-generous rounded teaspoonfuls to find enough for the last 4 appetizers. I used milder seafood cocktail sauce as the hot chili sauce (not hot-pepper fans). Hint - the dough is cut into 2-inch x 2-inch squares.

Made these for a little get together and it was the only thing we didn't have leftovers of. Huge success and very simple to make. The appearance and taste made me seem like a pro. Thanks for the idea!
