I made these for the second time at a cocktail party and used a mixture of ground pork beef and veal I was getting a little embarressed by the rave comments since they were so easy to make

This was awesome. Even my very picky 10 year old loved these meatballs.

I used extra lean ground beef and ground chicken breast meat for this recipe to make nice lean meatballs. I also made then I also made them about the size of a grape and yielded 70 meatballs. I baked them and then froze them and then heated them trough in the sauce the day before my party. Then reheated them the day of the party. They were delicious and gone in no time. Next time I make them I'll double the recipe. Excellent.
