Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Ingredients

cup sweet-and-sour sauce

tablespoons chili sauce
1/4
teaspoon ground ginger

boneless pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, mix sweet-and-sour sauce, chili sauce and ginger. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder and paprika.
  2. 2 When grill is heated, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or twice and brushing with sauce mixture during last 5 minutes of cooking, until pork chops are no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center of pork reads 160°F.
  3. 3 Heat any remaining sauce mixture to boiling; serve with pork chops.
