Sweet and Sour Oriental Pasta Salad

Ingredients

ounces uncooked capellini (angel hair) pasta, broken in half

cups shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage

cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)

cup Chinese pea pods, cut in half (4 ounces)

can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained

cup sweet-and-sour sauce

cup plain yogurt
1/2
cup chopped salted cashews
  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • 2 Place pasta, cabbage, mushrooms, pea pods and water chestnuts in large bowl. Mix sweet-and-sour sauce and yogurt with fork. Pour over salad; toss until coated. Sprinkle with cashews.
