I made these sweet and sour meatballs for our annual Holiday Open House and they were a success. I did change the recipe a little in which we put them in a crock pot to stay warm after cooking them over medium heat as the recipe states. The only suggestion that I would make would be to not mix the meatballs too much as they tend to fall apart. By the time you get them to the crockpot, they could be in pieces.
