cup sweet-and-sour sauce

tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

slice (about 1 lb) center-cut smoked ham

tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, mix sweet-and-sour sauce and juice concentrate; set aside.
  2. 2 In 10- to 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham slice over medium heat 6 minutes, turning once.
  3. 3 Spoon sauce mixture over ham. Cook 4 to 6 minutes longer, turning ham once or twice, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with chives.
