Ingredients

cup packed brown sugar

cup Dijon mustard

cup chopped green bell pepper

can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

burger buns, split

Directions

  1. 1 In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except buns.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  3. 3 Remove cover from slow cooker. Increase heat setting to High; cook, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes longer or until desired consistency.
  4. 4 To serve, stir ham mixture well; spoon into buns.
