This recipe was great!!!!!!! I substituted lime juice for the lemon and deleted the parsley and cumin cause I don't like those 2 things. My husband almost ate it all before I had a chance to go back for seconds.

I made this last night and I have to say it was
really good. It has lots of flavor and is not
boring like most meatloafs.
I would say this one is a keeper!

Simple to prepare, but it makes a big difference. There are many flavors that add interest to what could be just a boring meat loaf. The house smells great while cooking too.
